During our 31 year history, Case Medical has continuously innovated creating new products and services, while improving our equipment and operations with state of the art technology. This past week was a very special one for Case Medical. Not only were we selected as a U.S. EPA Safer Choice Partner of the Year for Manufacturer/Formulator for the sixth time, but on Friday we were also awarded Innovator of the Year on “Manufacturing Day” here in New Jersey. Technologies are becoming increasingly complicated and increasingly interconnected. Continuous improvement is based on the idea that even though you may be doing fine, you never rest on your laurels. Even small incremental changes can make a difference. At Case Medical, continuous improvement is based upon acquiring new state of the art CNC equipment and improving quality assurance and operations using digital software with barcode scanning technology and even making those small incremental changes that can make all the difference.

That is why it is important for you to be up on the latest technology and understand how your products and processes are interconnected. At Case Medical we take a holistic approach. We understand that a safe and sustainable work environment is better for our personnel and makes sense for our community and the environment too. We recently obtained a Grow NJ grant for our continuous improvement of our plant and facilities and an equipment grant as well from New Jersey to upgrade our equipment. Today we are applying for an educational grant for education and process improvement. Companies and individual employees need to be continually thinking about ways to improve, how to deliver better products, creating products targeted to customer needs, and filling those needs quickly or more conveniently.
